Vizsla Rescue Foster Homes Needed

Posted by jamesviscosi on December 13, 2007

So yesterday we got a note from California Vizsla Rescue that there are currently 14(!) vizslas here in southern California that are in need of foster homes and/or adoption; evidently Thanksgiving and Christmas are prime dog-dumping season.  We have our hands full with Dennis at the moment (as you may have noticed) so we can’t really take on a foster right now.  If anyone reading this is in California or even Nevada or Arizona and is in a position to take on a dog as a foster or adoptee, please visit the VCNC web site to get in touch with the vizsla rescue group.

I promise, not all foster dogs will wreck your house like Dennis.  But if they do, at least you can blog about it.

If you want a dog that you can keep in the yard, a vizsla isn’t it.

So there were these four vizslas, and they were wandering around in a canyon in Lake Elsinore, California.
